🔑 Your access code will only be provided after completing the online check-in process, which we will send a few days before your reservation begins.
All guests must provide their full name, age, and a photo of their ID or passport in advance for the mandatory traveler registration.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone and to respect our neighbors, we ask guests to keep noise levels low during these hours. Please avoid loud music, shouting, or any excessive noise
🏠 Please treat our home with care. Damages and accidents can occur, but please report them immediately so we can fix them.
💀 Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the villa and in all outdoor areas. Violating this rule will incur extra cleaning fees.

Air Conditioning & Heating
♨️ To help conserve energy, please turn it off when leaving the villa, and keep doors and windows closed while it's on inside.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
🏊 Use the pool responsibly—no glassware in the pool area.
🍊 You are welcome to enjoy the ripe fruit from the trees when in season, but please do not cut flowers or plants from the garden. 🌸
Cleanliness & Waste Management
🗑️ Trash should be disposed of regularly to avoid buildup. When exiting the property, walk left up the street and turn the corner to find the bins.
🍞 Crumbs should be promptly removed to avoid attracting critters. This includes wiping down surfaces after meals and ensuring the kitchen and dining areas stay clean.
🧹 Please leave the villa tidy.
Safety & Security
🔑 Lock doors and windows when leaving the villa.
🔥 In case of emergency, the fire extinguisher is located inside the large cabinet to the right of the kitchen door.
📹 Security cameras in all outdoor areas, except for the pool area, in order to preserve guests' privacy.

Departure Instructions
✔️ Return garage keys to the designated place.

Right of Admission
To ensure a safe and harmonious stay, we reserve the right of admission. Any inappropriate behavior, rule violations, or disrespect towards the property or other guests may result in cancellation of the stay without a refund.
